All content included in our Products and on our Site, such as text, clinical blueprints, graphics, logos, audio files, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Titans Paws Lab and is protected by international copyright laws.

• License of Use: When you purchase a Product, you are granted a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from our Products. Unauthorized sharing or pirating of our materials will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

2. Behavioral Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Products provided by Titans Paws Lab are designed for educational and informational purposes. Dog behavior is inherently unpredictable, and every dog's nervous system responds differently to behavioral protocols.

• No Guarantees: While our methods are data-driven and lab-tested, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results for your individual dog. Success depends entirely on your consistency, environmental factors, and flawless execution of the protocols.

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that working with dogs, especially those exhibiting anxiety or behavioral issues, carries inherent risks. You agree to take full responsibility for your safety, your dog's safety, and the safety of third parties.

• Liability Release: Under no circumstances shall Titans Paws Lab be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, physical injury, or veterinary bills resulting from the use or inability to use our Products.

3. Digital Delivery

Our Products are entirely digital. Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive instant access to download your files via the email address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter a correct and valid email address.

4. Refund Policy (The "Data-Driven" Guarantee)

We stand behind the clinical efficacy of our protocols. We offer a 30-Day Action-Based Refund Policy. Because our system relies on data, we require proof that you executed the system before issuing a refund. If you apply the Urban Echo Protocol and do not see any shifts in your dog's baseline, you may request a refund by emailing us your completed Tactical Deployment Logs and Progress Trackers proving you attempted the protocol for at least 7 consecutive days. Refunds will not be issued without completed clinical logs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
